East Coast Constructors Incorporated (ECC) believes that safety and environmental performance, customer service and quality work are the core fundamentals of our business. ECC is strategically located in the greater Phila area. Our shop, located at 101 Talbot Avenue in Holmes, PA is a 15,000 ft2 fabrication facility (previously owned by the Hake Group and Nelson Company) with pipe, component and modular fabrication capabilities that include:
- Alloy and carbon steel pipe spools
- Alloys include: stainless steel, chromes, nickels, aluminums, hastaloys, and monel.
- Modular pipe racks
- Exchanger Tube Bundles
- Boiler Flue Gas Duct Fabrication
- Cyclones and riser lines
- Transfer lines and headers
- Replacement heads
- Process modules
- Equipment modules and skids
- Lube oil skids
The fabrication shop is equipped to handle a maximum of 3,000 spool pieces and 70,000 weld inches per year. Our certified welders and pipefitters from Steamfitters Union Local #420 are capable of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, Saw Cutting, Oxy-Acetylene cutting, Plasma cutting, SAW, and Carbon arc cutting. Additionally ECC owns 136 Weld Procedures and can provide engineering, computer generated scheduling, drafting, CAD drafting, and PMI. We can also provide in-shop NDE including, liquid penetrant, radiographic examination, acoustic emission evaluation, infrared thermography, magnetic particle, real-time ultrasonic, electromagnetic, and leak testing.
ECC is dedicated to quality. Our Quality Control Manual and Quality Assurance Program establish the requirements and responsibilities for the shop fabrication of piping systems and are in accordance with ASME B-31.1, 31.3 and API Codes. This program sets the standards and criteria to assure that our work meets or exceeds applicable codes and customer requirements.
